Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) inside the EU and other price components.

In addition to the product prices indicated we also charge shipping costs for delivery within Germany  [EUR 5 per order], EU and International Shipping [EUR 9-23 per order]. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

The Shipping is Tracked worldwide, if you order Internationally you have to contact your local delivery carrier for shipping information. Sometimes they don’t have any further Tracking information and we can’t provide any other tracking information than given after we sent out your order.

Your Orders are not insured internationally, you order on your own risk, if a parcel gets lost, we don’t give you any refund. If you wish special insured delivery please contact us per mail.

Delivery Times:

After your Payment has arrived at Cyclepunks.

Orders to Germany will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 2-5 Business Days. Overall from Order to Delivery in Germany takes 4-9 Business Days.

Orders to the EU will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-12 Business Days. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU takes 7-16 Business Days. 

Orders to Europe outside of the European Union will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-15 Business Days + the additional time for custom Clearance. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU outside the European Union takes 7-19 Business Days (+ Custom clearance).

International Orders will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-22 Business Days + the additional time for custom Clearance. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU outside the European Union takes 7-26 Business Days (+ Custom clearance). Shipping to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia is usually faster than Asia and South America.

No shipping costs are incurred in connection with digital content (e.g. e-books, software, etc.).

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of EUR [VALUE] and are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT). The fact that the amount of VAT included in shipping costs is calculated on the basis of the goods purchased means that it may decrease if the goods purchased are subject to a lower rate of VAT (e.g. books). This, in turn, means that definitive shipping costs can only be calculated during the order process. As it is not permitted for them to increase they will only be adjusted to your benefit (i.e. reduced).
