When will a product be back in stock?
Please refrain from sending us emails to ask when certain products are back in stock. We don’t know. 😉 We are a small business run by only two people, therefore we can’t order large quantities and have to order a certain number of products which we can’t afford to all the time. Decals are handmade and take us a lot of time to make, which we don’t always have, so we can’t instantly restock them.When we can and designs sold well enough, we restock. But we don’t know when that will be and with only two people we simply don’t have the capacity to inform you personally when things are back in stock. Usually we announce restocks via Instagram.
Can I add something to my order or change it?
We cannot subsequently change or add items to your order, as this involves significant logistical and accounting effort. Therefore, please check your order carefully before submitting it.
Where is my order?
Before asking us, please read our Shipping information as well!
Depending on your payment method it can take a few minutes or a couple of days for us to receive your payment.
We send out orders after we receive your payment.
Once we send your package out, the delivery is in the hands of postal services and the time it takes to arrive depends on them, not us. You will get shipping information from Pakajo (please also check your spam folder) send to you via mail, so you can track your order. Therefore make sure you entered the correct mail adress!
Pakajo is also providing information on what shipping company we used and gives you that shipping company’s tracking number. Please check there if you can’t find your package after it is delivered.
We had a lot of customers asking where their package is when it was simply deposited at their neighbour’s place who were nice enough to accept it for them. Post services are suppossed to give you this information about their delivery. We can’t look up your parcels for you if you are able to do it yourself and tell you what neighbour you should visit. Please act like the grown-up you are. (we know it’s hard)

Please only contact us about your shipping if it was sent out to you more than 6 weeks ago and tracking isn’t providing new information and it still hasn’t arrived. (3 weeks for orders in Germany) Also contact us if the shipping from Pakajo hasn’t been updated for more than 4 weeks. (2 weeks for orders in Germany) In that case your package may have been lost or returned and we need to start an investigation with the postal service.
US Custom clearance is a bit crazy since the new government took over. It may take longer than usual due to new laws in the USA, but we can’t do anything about that. Time in customs seems to be extremly long lately.
Shipping information?
Business days are from monday to friday in Germany. Local holidays are not business days as well 😉
After your Order is fullfilled (this takes 1-4 Business days) you will get Tracking Information from our Shipping Processor Pakajo. Shipping to Germany takes 2-5 Business Days. Overall from Order to Delivery in Germany takes 4-9 Business Days.
Orders to the EU will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-12 Business Days. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU takes 7-16 Business Days.
Orders to Europe outside of the European Union will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-15 Business Days the additional time for custom Clearance. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU outside the European Union takes 7-19 Business Days ( Custom clearance).
International Orders will be Processed within 2-4 business days, additional shipping Times takes usually 5-22 Business Days the additional time for custom Clearance. Overall from Order to Delivery the EU outside the European Union takes 7-26 Business Days ( Custom clearance). Shipping to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia is usually faster than Asia and South America.
I want to return something, how do I do that? Can I get a different size?
Please contact us about sending your order back to us and see our Power of Revocation for information on how to do it:
If you send something back make sure it is folded and don’t just stuff it in a package so it arrives all wrinkled and crooked.
We collect returned orders about once a week and have to check them one by one, so please be a little patient. The money will be returned to you in the same way you made the original payment.
We don’t swap sizes. If you need your order in a different size return the item and place a new order with the right size.
On-demand produced items and Pre-Orders can’t be returned!
Will you sponsor our event?
We try our best to support events, but our ressources are very limited. You can contact us via mail and we’ll see if we can help you out, but most likely we won’t be able to afford it. We’re not a a large brand, we’re a small business and only two people who do everything themselves.
Are you open for B2B?
We’re just a small business and therefore don’t have the good rates that large companies get on their products. Therefore, our margin is already low, and B2B is unfortunately not financially viable for us. Furthermore, we don’t have the product inventory to offer it.
